Probably. If you subscribe to the theory that the universe is interconnected, then everything we do impacts the fabric of reality. While one may not be aware of the presence of the observers on a concious level, I'd imagine that there mere presence, as you put it, influences everything we write.
Commenting certainly changes the nature of the blog as posts tend to contain subtle - and sometimes not so subtle - nods to frequent visitors. It's one thing to write for the sake of writing, but everything changes when you have an audience, no matter how small that may be.
Wow...now I have a headache. Please don't make me think any more.
Does this mean that when you are but dust, or have moved on to better places, that you will be first mourned, then celebrated, by small, insignificant muppets?

And thus festinog confirms for us that he is omniscient if not necessarily omnipotent or omnipresent. Not only that, but he likes jam and wets himself, which only adds to the fun.
Erm...I'll try to keep my comments brief in the future.
Does it change the blog? Inevitably, dear Jeannie ;) *wink* Although the direction of the change may depend on whether you are desirable company or not. And for your next question... it could be intentional or not, depending on whether you are aware of such things or merely acting on own instincts.
As for interconnectedness... I passed a place called festinog on my way from cardiff to my new home!
