Oh No!
You must be starving! It's been over a month since I dished up anything juicy here. I'm admittedly running around like a decapitated fowl, picking and pickling, freezing and jamming, saucing and storing, but THAT IS NO EXCUSE!
I will improve. I promise. I have a post or two simmering on a back burner. If I don't forget to stir them they should be ready to serve soon. Bring a bib.

I seem to recall a post you wrote a while back in which your aunt specifically advised against starving one's readers. Let me see if I can find it back in those dusty old archives...
Got my bib on, fork and knife posed for action... the last offerings were so delicious please forgive the drooling...
I don't mind what you post Jeannie, I'm just pleased you exist in the world ;) I would post more things on my own blog, except that like you, I seem to have missed my direction for the moment.

Yes, I'm wasting away. I can't remain malnourished forever you know.
Serve up some tasty font-ants and big serving of deep fried paragraphs and I may forgive you.
Joe,
Aunt Nettie. Yes, she's been giving me very polite but pointed hints that I might possibly be neglecting my duties. Poor old dear.
Terry,
Just don't dehydrate. I'm working tonight, and unlikely to get anything written before tomorrow at best.
Steve,
Likewise.
UTMG,
I hope the paragraph that just happened was in the oven long enough.
Ah, yes, "blog-and-flee" behaviour - a coping mechanism for those who have another life away from the computer (and/or dialup, the memories of which still make me shudder) (and/or fruit trees). Its Bloggers who NEVER, EVER wander away at various times who make me scratch my head and wonder ...
