Yum. Smoked Porridge.

I am writing a story. Hours flow like minutes, and minutes like seconds. Thus my shortage of posts. Thus my sporadic visits. Thus my burnt breakfasts.

A real, honest to goodness story? Does it contain all of your dry wit, wry humor and Jeannesque imagination? Looking forward to it - must be good if you are neglecting breakfast... :-D

I'm not going to post it, though. I'll happily send it to you, and to any friend who wants to read it and will provide an e-mail address, but this one I'm hoping to publish, and that means that it can't be available to the general public first.

It isn't funny at all, anyway. At least not intentionally. But I hope it's enjoyable. We'll see!

It's a medium long story. About 2,500 words. It's all written, but I'm not happy with the middle.

I want it. I want a real live story - I want to be in on the inside story with the author before the fact; I am so impressed with you Jeanne!!!!!

I like to think I'm not the general public. Send it to me straight away. !!!!!!!!!!!

I'll happily spread your name around.

Terry,
It was you I meant I was going to send it to in the first place, silly.

I've put it on the shelf for the moment (or week), but as soon as I've finished it it will be zooming through the internet to you.
